We have done three refinancings using AAXY Mortgage over the last two and half years, all at unbeatable rates. James Wu in particular is a very knowledgeable, patient and considerate person. He is easy to work and communicate with, provides fast and professional service, and on time mortgage closings. We have asked him all kinds questions including: how to improve your credit scores, how to compare rates, how to check finance market to decide when to lock a mortgage rate, how to swap properties, even how to manage a rental property. He always explains everything thoroughly and gave us advices on how to make things work smoothly and save money. Competitive rates, professional services, knowledgeable team!

I have worked with AAXY mortgage company for a few times. Their rates are always very competitive. Later I knew I didn't need shop around. Just go with them.

Recently Fang helped us to get our new house purchase financed. She's very thorough, followed up on every details, updated us status frequently, never left us wonder. We referred her to our tenant who was buying our rental property. But he went with a well known lender instead. To his surprise, three days before closing, his application got rejected unexpectedly. Eventually he turned to Fang for help. Fang helped him prepare some additional document and got his loan approved in 11 days at lower rate!!! Our rental property sales was closed as planned and our new house purchase was closed in time without any delay. Everything worked out like a miracle. We knew how much efforts Fang put in to pull it through. Highly recommend!!! Especially if you have a tough case...

I brought a house early this year and finance thru AAXY. I worked with Fang and we went into many complications. I was self employed and my previous house was leased. To keep the long story short, I'm thankful to have Fang to take care of my situation. We're so closed not able to close the house but her patient and guidance made it happened.
