Does not fulfill their duties at all. The street light has been out for years. Then they have the nerve to sue when owners fight back. Shame on this company.

As Association president they always went the extra mile for us. Professional knowledgeable and dependable. If you need the best property management company in Fort Wayne this is is it. Jessica runs a great company and her staff always ready to help. So happy we chose her company.

Talked to the lady in charge of Billing. Crystal was extremely professional, explained what was on the invoice and why. I love this company, one call and you get all the answers to all your questions. You get invoices and a reminder if you need it. Everyone there is extremely profession and helpful. Thank you to everyone that works at Above and Beyond CM.

I have lived in my neighborhood for 30 years. I mailed my payment of $62 a few months ago. I never checked that it processed. I arrived home to a clear bag hanging on my door with what appeared to be fake documents. I called the company to inquire. I was treated extremely rude by the staff and told to hire an attorney. My $62 annual dues were sent to collections and they are now charging me $427 in small claims court.
Very poor business practice.

Does not handle concerns at all. Quick to want to collect dues and call you out on small things. But my yard sits destroyed by lawn care company for 2 weeks with no attempt to fix. I've emailed over and over so now I'm forced to figure it out.

Unprofessional and biased group of people. Charged us for trash cans placement when there were several other residents who hadn’t complied. Unnecessary company that is not needed. Common Northbrook you can do better.

I spoke to a Stacie recently at ABC and she helped me with my neighborhood questions. She was very sweet and patient. Seems to be rare these days, so it’s much appreciated!
