They are under NEW MANAGEMENT and things have become really great over here!! They have a wide range of different properties with great apartments from studios to 3 bedrooms to townhomes as well!! Amy has really helped a lot since she has became our new property manager and they are very understanding about things as long as you have OPEN COMMUNICATION with them!! I like out at kings crossing because the manager Ms. Amy care about the tenant alot and she is very nice and makes sure things get done and she is always here to help us any way she can

My mother , Shawnte’ Verge has been without power & HEAT (which makes her unit unlivable) for well over 20 hrs and You’ll aren’t doing anything to fix the problem! She has been a tenant within these apartments for 9 yrs and has never had this kind of issue , nor has she had managers & owners so unprofessional , to where she doesn’t even know who her Owner is & doesn’t have a solid manager! You’ll need to do better as a company!

Accelerated property management is the company over kings crossing and they are a horrible company that does bad business. I lived there for 3 months and there were maintenance issues from day one especially with the plumbing that never got fixed inside the house. And outside where I parked water completely flooded the parking lot everytime it rains where tenants park. Then my air went out. I noticed alot of units had window units so I asked for one til my air was fixed and they said no! So I had to get my own unit. The air was completely out in the middle of summer and they never came to fix it. Now I was only there 3 months and we cleaned the carpets 2mths in because it was not suitable. We moved after they showed no intent on fixing the air. We fulfilled our lease agreement and they refused to give us our deposit back on trumped up charges of carpet cleaning and I suppose the plumbing that was never fixed. Accelerated property management has become slum lords!

Very rude and unprofessional. Jennifer does not return calls back been calling her for 3 days. She has a very smart and fly mouth. Been moved out my apartment for almost 2 months and still haven’t received my deposit back.
