I have been renting with Andrew and APM for about two years now and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are the most attentive landlords I’ve ever had, respond to texts immediately and are very quick to address any issues in my apartment. Not to mention very kind and easy to get along with. They also redid my whole kitchen and bathroom this year and it looks beautiful. Our building is always neat and tidy, regular floor cleanings in the hallways, and not just inside: the landscaping and picking up
of leaves in the fall is so nice too! I really feel so comfortable and at home with them, I couldn’t ask for better landlords!

APM goes above and beyond to show that they care about their tenants and properties when they could very easily attempt to compete with other big-name property management companies at Purdue that tend to over-charge and under-serve their tenants. The property manager is extremely kind and helpful, ensuring that any need or issue is attended to and resolved quickly. Not many other companies take the time to learn their tenants’ names and faces. The prices for the quality of housing and experience is unbeatable! I would choose APM every time.

Beautiful apartment at 128 Andrew Place. The apartment was well taken care of at move in and I had no maintenance issues. Jeff, the maintenance man, would pop over from time to time to make sure everything was working well. Andrew was super easy to work with and very responsive and professional. You can’t beat the location to Purdue and my neighbors were super chill.

Andrew is a phenomenal landlord. He is very attentive and quick to answer any questions and help. The maintenance man is thorough and very nice. I stayed in an APM apartment my freshman year, and I definitely choose to stay with APM for my next year! Andrew makes sure that the property looks professional and neat, and I have seen him cleaning up and straightening up around the property multiple times. He is also communicative and extremely amicable. Really great people to sign with for sure!!

I have been living in West Lafayette for going on 5 years as a Purdue undergraduate and graduate student. I have housed/dealt with Purdue, Cardinal Management, a private individual, and Weida over that time. However, this year with APM has been far and above the best regarding quality of property, company, and customer service. The apartment building itself is in great condition with modern appliances, plush carpet, sheet-rock walls, wood trim, tiled bathrooms and kitchens, insulated windows, etc.. It's real home quality. The APM guys are very nice, respectful, attentive, and always working to make the property nicer and cleaner for the residents, whether its re-modelling apartment units, blowing off leaves or shoveling/deicing the walkways, or answering maintenance calls promptly and completely. I ran into a problem with one of my toilets late on a Sunday night and it was fixed before I got home from class on Monday. Andrew, the property owner, was texting back and forth with me that night to make sure it was stable until he could fix it the morning. That's the only issue I've had too. Every day someone is on site to check on the outside property conditions. Most every resident here knows Andrew personally because he takes the extra effort to get to know us and is on-site every week working on the property with his staff and saying hello. APM is new, but he know's how to do it the right way.
Logistically, the apartment prices are way better than the competing prices for studio, 1 bed, and 2 bed units. The apartments are well insulated so utilities aren't high. Location is excellent. 5-min. walk to the Chauncey strip, 10-min. walk to Armstrong. Parking is no problem. Top shelf property; top shelf people. That's all there is to it.

I have never rented from a more reasonable and responsive landlord/ property manage-ment company. I continue to be impressed by Andrew and his team's level of professionalism, and commitment to my needs as a tenant. The country as a whole is experiencing very uncertain times. Landlord of 128 Andrew Place was very professional and helpful with my move in despite me being out of state prior to the move in. Apartments are very clean and well kept. A very short walk to campus as well, with a lot of restaurants nearby. Great communication and service.
