Edit: Obviously I’ve never done with business with you nor would I ever want to. But YOU solicited me with a letter. As for calling to be removed the other reviews determined that’s a lie.

Spam mail like this is extremely annoying. If I wanted to sell I’d put my house on the market, I don’t need to be solicited. Companies that spam mail (an advertising mailer every so often is much different) and solicit door to door feels so scummy. So unless you’re offering to buy my $170K house for $1B leave me alone!

I have repeatedly for years asked you to take me off your mailing and call list. I have even talked with you personally and you said you would remove it right away.
You're buying houses from desperate people so you can turn around and rent them at a sky high inflated price. Shame on you Brandon! Robbing from the poor so you and your buddies can get rich.
