I was referred to Charles at ACL Property Management by a friend of mine who knew I was looking to rent out my property and that I didn't have a lot of time to be involved in the day to day details. I am so glad that I found Charles! He has been managing my property for a year, and I highly recommend working with him. To me, one of the best signs of a property manager is that I rarely hear from him! When I was ready to put my property on the market, Charles staged my unit, took pictures, handled the listing, and found quality tenants.
