I have the opportunity to be able to work with the Acosta Agency on a professional and personal level and they are always professional and go out of their way to make sure all of Erie Insurance Customers are taken care of and are treated very fair and also treated like family. Then I do have my personal Insurance through the Agency and they treated us very fair and took the time to make sure we had all the coverage needed and understand the policy and endorsements that were best suited for our family. They are the best and we look forward to working with them for a long time.

I'd give you 10 or more stars if I could! I will never change my insurance from John Acosta Insurance Agency, Inc. to anyone else. They are a wonderful insurance company to have for my home and car. I have even had them for a plan during a period of 6 months of a policy to tie me over until another plan came through for me in a major medical health plan. I never had to use it but it was there. They know my needs. I am very pleased and I get excellent service. Walk into their office and you'll see what I mean! They'll walk with you not on you. Very honest. The whole staff is that way.

John and Colette Acosta researched my previous policy of both my home and vehicle and found they could save me almost double of what I had been paying. Not only was it cheaper in cost, the coverage was more!
