I have used this company since they were Thompson Insurance. The customer service from Dennis is unmatched! As a new business owner years ago I struggled with the in depth knowledge of insurance policies. I live in Fort Wayne but that didn't stop Dennis from coming all the way to me to go over the paperwork. To this day I have no issues getting amazing customer service from ANY of the team and very fast responses. Have turned one other business to them and would recommend everyone does!

I currently have Nation wide homeowner insurance. Rates have increased so much, I'm about forced out of my home. Rates are extremely high
My rate with the mortgage company is the same

Oh my gosh! Where do I begin!?! Amazing company and amazing people. Thompson Insurance goes above and beyond for all of their clients. When you need proof of insurance, they waste no time getting you what you need. Never have I waited more than an hour for what I need. My car broke down Indianapolis and I live in Anderson had to call for roadside assistance to people there were extremely nice very cooperative very quick and handling everything as well as checking to make sure everything was done according to what we agreed upon very happy with the wood recommend them highly
