My husband and I came in with multiple types of policies; home with expanded coverage due to a large detached garage, auto with youthful driver, jet ski with trailer, a utility trailer, and we are shopping for a new boat. Our previous insurance company’s service was leaving much to be desired after our agent had left the industry and we were reassigned. Lack of communication. Lack of clarity and transparency in rates. Our adult son was being rated against us even though he did not live with us and had his own policy/coverage elsewhere. When we decided we were less than satisfied we did all the shopping around that could be done. Kori (State Farm) was so clear, organized, and informed on the available policies within the company. All our questions were answered and we were asked great questions to help us know what risks we had and our mitigation options. Also, our pricing was great. While I love a good deal, I am very happy with the level of service that is being provided. Kori made the switch seamless and as effortless as possible.

Horrible experience. Agent quoted us one price on our home insurance and it ended up being quite a bit more expensive. I found out about the error when I received the papers in the mail she didn't even bother to call me to let us know. When I contacted the agent about this, she said oh sorry I messed up on the quote but at least you're saving money on your car insurance.
