I just got off work from a 10 hour overnight shift and came in to get a paper notarized and immediately the teller with the glasses told me that I needed to be banked with them. I politely asked the teller if I can open an account and she treated me like a literal dog off the street…she LITERALLY turned her nose up at me. If I can give them a no star rating I would. I felt terrible after leaving.

I haven’t been in the credit union in a while but my last visit about 2 weeks ago was not very pleasant. I guess it was about closing time and I wanted to close an account but had questions. I was going between two ladies. I was able to get what o needed done but it was clear they wanted me out of there. I usually have good service. I was disappointed.

Worst credit union I've ever banked with. Would give 0 stars if I could. Lots of hidden fees and terrible service. Very rude when trying to move money and ultimately refused to do it, even though I verified it. Who ever is at the extension 2134 should be fired and taught how to deal with customers. I will be moving money and closing all accounts at this branch! Thanks all to the terrible service....oh and fees that do not benefit anyone but them. Bank Regional instead
