Wonderful staff! Mostly everything for car insurance done over the phone, but on my part with electronic signatures I bust.....Awesome, Awesome staff. I wore a boot on my leg but they offered to meet me at the vehicle with the paperwork, how awesome it that! Awesome staff...

This business looks out for the insurance companies before their customers. As long as you are paying out money they are super nice. I was with them over 15 years no problems because I did not have any claims. I was counseled to have insurance on a rental properties that will not cover the rebuild because it was cheaper. Guess what, it is not that much cheaper! More coverage is alway best!
We started a LLC with them after a year the monthly note jumped twice what we were paying. The Advance Agent never told us in writing or call to say it is going up. After 4 months, of paying the higher premium we dropped them. Once we dropped them. And got a much cheaper coverage, the owner called and got nasty.
But the worst thing that happened was we involved with a fire. My husband gave the agent important paperwork from the Coast Guard to fax to the lawyer working our case. You have to pay the Coast Guard. They get paid first. The agent put this important paperwork in our file and never turned it in! This cost us 49.000 and the government was suing us. So the Advance owner refused to pay the fine his company caused. He did not do his job. He lied about not receiving the paperwork, refused to use his own insurance or just decided Progressive had paid enough. It was not his call to make or he was just plain lazy. He made a big mistake & would not own up to it. That is 3 things Advance did to me personally. They are not trust worthy in my opinion. I would give them a negative 5 stars.

Rick Jr insures all of my properties. They are always friendly, and I like how in detail he is with the policies; he really breaks everything down so you understand what your policy covers exactly.
