If you are looking for a Mortgage Broker team that consistantly communicates throughout the entire process and will do anything they need to do to make your transaction as seamless as possible, I HIGHLY recommend Vern Larson and his entire team at Vern Larson, Advantage Home Mortgage. I seriously never knew buying my first home would go so flawlessly. If I had, I probably would have done it much sooner, but timing is everything and the people in this team make damn sure it is all right on schedule! Chad Nicholson handled my loan.My income structure was very difficult to explain to an underwriter. And, I had just started with a new company!
It was not an easy thing to overcome. Chad believed in me. He fought for me. Chad did not give up. We had a clear to close in three weeks. Many loan officers would have told me to wait six months. I am so glad I had Chad on my side. His processor, Megan was on top of every document needed. She was extremely effective in getting my home closed as fast as I wanted and needed. I feel very blessed that this team was there for me. I am in a beautiful, safe home because of their hard work. I highly recommend!

Well to start with, my loan situation was extremely unconventional. Also my starting general contractor kept stalling over pricing. Finally I fired that contractor and the last contractor had his on straight. So when it got time to start putting my loan together, Vern and his staff at Advantage Home Mortgage pulled everything together. The staff including Megan and Sarah were AWESOME! Sarah and I even had a few chuckles whichever helped eleveate all worries for me. These are the best people I have ever worked with. If I ever do this again it will, hands down, be this group of people.
