Unacceptable service, terrible experience I have been trying to get an approval for my first home since November 2023 with Giancarlo Anduray. He just called me 2 times in 2 months just giving me hope for nothing not paying attention to the details on my particular situation, never return my emails when I ask a direct question, at the end of the day he just send me a message with the realtor saying this a very risk approval if you want to continue is by your own risk you may loose your inspection fee and some other fees. If you want to be treated with respect look somewhere else NOT AT AFM LENDING RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL

Giancarlo’s number one priority is always his clients and colleagues as well. He is honest and knowledgeable.
