Shady business practices. Most companies notify you when there is a price hike. NOT THEM. I was surprised with a bill this month double what I normally pay. No explanation or notification , just charged my credit card on file

Note: that I have no new traffic violations in the last 7 years.

Anyways, I was able to get the same coverage through another broker at half what they were trying to charge me. I canceled my policy after being a customer for 7 years. They suck!

Something else to note: most their reviews have to be fake, their customer service is not good.

This place goes well beyond 5-stars! I had an absolutely outstanding experience! It's very rare to find such a tremendous level of customer service, especially in the insurance brokerage industry. With Aims, they answered all of my questions, concerns, and got me the best quote they could find all while making me feel comfortable, and important. I was very impressed with how easily they were able to navigate policies and find me the one that fit perfect! No hassle, no nonsense, and no questions left unanswered!

Got insurance over the phone with Tyrece and he is very easy to work with, once I was done with dmv I went and seen daisy across the street who had all my paperwork printed out and ready to go. Very easy to work with took my payment over the phone the whole deal only took about 30 minutes. 👍🏻👍🏻
