I would NOT waist my time renting from this property management! You will be DISAPPOINTED!!! It doesn't matter if someone else caused a water leak. It is UNACCEPTABLE to be living in a unit with MOLD! The fact that we have reported it multiple times and nothing has been done over 2 month! We are told it an insurance claim or the owner above has to fix it. Again having to wait is unacceptable and careless!!! They just want your money! On top of having a water heater issue as well. They are cheap!! Went almost a whole week without hot water!!! Sends a plumber out and the same one at that not just ONCE but TWICE! The plumber couldn't even fix the issue he says ( both times not just the first time) that it is a electrical problem and they will have to send out a electrical... Took them 2 days to do that!! AGAIN they do not care!!! I personally would never rent any property that they have listed ever again!

Couldn't be happier. Melba, Jody, and Melissa are all easy to work with. They found a new tenant very quickly and made sure everything was in order before the move in. They are all respectful and polite. This is my first time ever giving a review for any company. They deserved the 5 stars.

So disappointed! The unit I rented was advertised as a NO carpet rental. When we arrived the unit had carpet in one bedroom. The carpet was filthy and had not been vacuumed let alone professionally cleaned. The unit in general had not been cleaned at all before move in. Upon moving out & leaving the unit in a much cleaner condition than it was when I moved in, they kept $175 from my deposit for carpet cleaning. Either the prior tenants didn’t clean & lost their deposit which was then pocketed since the unit wasn’t cleaned before my arrival or that type of “clean” was acceptable to them and I was cheated out of all of my deposit. Either way, Beware!

Unprofessional company! I scheduled a viewing for a rental house. I went to my appointment as scheduled and messaged them to let them know that I'm waiting in front of the property. Melissa at the office called back to say it's been already rented. They did not have the courtesy to cancel the appointment in advance. I drove 1 1/2 hr from Pensacola to get there. They did not even bother to apologize for standing me up.

Lived in a unit owned by this company for over one year. The keys we were given did not access the front door. The problem was never fixed. Other problems we reported were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. They were fair with returning our security deposit after we moved out, though it took a very long time (more than two months after moving) to receive it, and several calls from my husband.

6 years later, I got a notification email about this review and came back to read it. I still believe it is a very fair review. I do not appreciate that the company response includes personal details that are completely unnecessary (the location of the rental). Further, I am astounded that the company has tried to justify not giving the renters a key to an external door. That is a significant security risk, and easily remedied with a 20$ purchase at Home Depot. And now I find out that we didn't have the keys because somebody else did. Somebody who is NOT the rental company? I'm really glad we weren't robbed or worse. Shame on the company for such a basic thing.

I have rented from Alabama Coastal Rentals for over 5 years and have had Awesome experience from them. They helped find me a home that meets my families needs and if anything ever went wrong they immediately came out to get it fixed. I know they can only do so much with having to get permission from owners before doing anything major, which is understandable. I love this company and would highly recommend them to my friends or family. Ginger is AWESOME!!! If you need a place to rent or buy Alabama Coastal Rentals is the place to go first.

Rented from this company for a year. Extremely pleasant experience. Never had any issues and only moved because I needed a smaller/cheaper place. They are very easy to work with! Andrea and Ginger both are super sweet! I saw a lot of negative reviews once I moved in and thought "oh no what have I gotten myself into" but at the end of my lease I found if you pay your rent on time, follow rules, take care of the property, and do things the right way when you move out you will have no issues! Received my full deposit back with no trouble whatsoever! It was a pleasure working with y'all. Thank you!!

I have to say, for the 2 years I rented with Alabama Coastal Rentals, my experience couldn't have been better. The staff, especially Ginger & Jessica, always went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied with their service. They all have great personality, great sense of humor, and genuinely care. 5 Stars from me!!!!
