This company is being utilized by my HOA. We had water damage and have taken years to get it remedied even though we all pay our HOA dues, and once they start demolishing they just leave it for weeks. When I start asking why my house is not livable it’s because Alaska national insurance won’t do their jobs. When I call to try and talk to anyone I am lucky to get a voicemail box. Don’t do business here unless you have to.

Front windshield replacement for a vehicle and claiming it on your car insurance, has never been more difficult.
Lots of hoops through multiple individuals, (they were very polite) and after almost 2 hours, someone with an answer. The gentleman sent me a claim number and I scanned and sent the receipt.
Guess what It does not cover my glass replacement. Found that out two days AFTER !!
Insurance Guys, with a policy number, couldn't you just tell if your glass replacement is covered?

Went after my brothers company after his insurance broker messed up the underwriting, we paid the fee through the insurance broker ,they still came after us claiming we didn't pay! Seriously!! Horrible company that targets any family they can and takes every dime you have! They have taken everything from me, i help my brother complete his paperwork and for some reason that meant they had the right to claim all of my PFDs and continue to come after me, Not ONCE going after him or holding HIM accountable! This company doent deserve anoth client, they treat people like this, I did NOTHING wrong and your attacking my family. Horrible people,horrible company, destroys Lives and doent BLINK. If I could give negative stars I would, all this company cares about is money, not who they hurt to get it.

I suggest changing direction get on new Seward hwy to O'Malley and turn left to Walter j pickle hwy. If you take lake Otis you go down a really long dark hill to get to hwy.
