Can’t get them to do anything and I’m a client of theirs. It took them 4 months to tell me I had MedPay. Still waiting for them to write me a check a month later. My medical bills are being sent to collections because of their incompetence. Just go with Allstate or someone else, Alfa is of no use when you’re in a car accident that was not your fault.

IF YOU USE THIS OFFICE DO NOT USE BRIAN BOZEMAN!
I CALLED TO FIND OUT A DATE, ONLY A DATE, THAT I NEEDED TO PAY MY PAYMENT BY AND I AM THE PAYOR ON THE POLICY AND HE SAID HE COULDN'T GIVE ME THAT INFORMATION!
I CALLED HIS DISTRICT MANAGER AND WAS TOLD HE MADE A MISTAKE SO WHEN I CALLED TO TALK TO BRIAN AGAIN HE STILL SAID HE WAS RIGHT AND COULD NOT GIVE ME THAT INFORMATION UNLESS MY HUSBAND CALLED!
I AM THE PAYOR ON THE ACCOUNT BUT HE CAN'T TELL ME WHEN A PAYMENT IS DUE!!
