Will Bryant, Adjuster at the East South Blvd location was very rude and condescending! Their client hit me and was very nice and apologetic, but Will asked me why was I getting a rental car (when I told him that's where I was going) and then he asked me if I tried to back up to keep his client from hitting me!!! Whatttt?! Then he asked me are you trying to get money or your car fixed. When I inquired about providing me with a rental car, he said yes, but it will be a basic car. Why, your client didn't hit a basic car!!! I have never been so insulted!!! Not to mention, my insurance will increase and my car value will decrease and then have to deal with someone disrespecting me-too much!

I don't appreciate Alfa automatically adding a political action committee (PAC) donation at all.

If I could give a negative "star" I probably would. My husband just switched from Alfa to another insurance company for better coverage at a smaller rate. We have been with Alfa for approximately 20 years. When he called to cancel all they said was ok and then later called him to tell him he was late on a payment. Ok. He let that go. A few days later a man from the Ozark office called my husband. Had a very bad attitude for someone that was supposedly over the location. He said he saw where we had canceled and did my husband know that he "HAD" to have insurance on a 2015 vehicle? When told we had changed companies and the explanation why (after he asked) he very sarcastically told my husband "That's ok, you'll be back." At that time, he was told "No, we will never return to Alfa. Not after the treatment he had received on this phone call." Apparently he is fairly new to this office because we have never been treated with such rudeness when dealing with them in the past. Hopefully someone higher up will reign in his attitude.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. ALFA INSURANCE. WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN BURNS DUE TO ODD FEES AND POOR PAYOUTS ON AN ACCIDENT SAYING A $5500 BLUE BOOK CAR IS ONLY WORTH $1200. WE WERE OUT TRANSPORTATION STORAGE FEES THEY DID NOT WANT TO COVER DUE TO IN HOUSE COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS. I WOULD FEEL SAFER BUYING CANDY IN A DARK ALLEY FROM A CREEPY GUY IN A TRENCH COAT AT 2:00 AM IN A WEIRD SMELLING BROWN VAN.

I do not recommend doing business with Alfa Insurance Agency. This company charged me $46.00 when I chose not to renew my policy. These guys are your typical insurance crooks.

The individuals that I have done business with are very kind. The website and its features to see my policy and change payment methods/frequencies are absolutely horrendous. Even very small businesses have functional websites.
