They care more about collecting rent every month than maintaining a home you would want to live in. During my two year stay at one the properties they manage, they would take a long time to fix anything and sometimes the issue would never be resolved. The final three months I was there were a living nightmare.

At the end of March I reported a minor water leak in the living room ceiling. I asked them to check out this issue and my request was ignored. On April 5Th there is severe leaking from the ceiling due to heavy rain. Water is falling like a stream from multiple spots on the ceiling. There are puddles of water on the floor. I requested emergency maintenance services and the request was denied. Heavy rain continues for two days and a large section of the ceiling falls down. I send the company photos of the damage, but it is never repaired.

In the middle of May the AC stops working. I report this and it also never gets repaired. These were my final days here, no AC with a large hole in the living room ceiling. This company is a complete disgrace

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! The lack of communication from All County Expert Property Management is appalling. It has been an issue for the past 4 years while we were renting a home managed by this company. The most recent issue I encountered was that it was never communicated that WE needed to cancel the autopay on our lease. Our lease ended on June 30th and I got an email notification on July 1st that our rent was drafted. I assumed that the rent payments would stop at the end of our lease agreement. It was never communicated that we needed to make sure that the was completed. The only email I received prior to move out was them asking me to leave my keys in the kitchen and to send the codes to the door to the property manager. This was just one of the many issues that we encountered over the years. The only solution offered to me was to wait 3-5 business days for the payment to complete to have them then refund the charge to our account. Our mortgage is due at our new house on the first and due to this oversight and lack of communication our payment will be late! They use a third party to process their auto payments and "apparently" have no way to stop or void the payment or resolve this issue any other way. This to me is unacceptable. I was basically told that this was my fault and responsibility to take care of. They took no responsibility for their part in the whole ordeal. This company needs to get it together and do better! Since I did not get a solution other than waiting for the payment to process and then wait for the refund maybe I can offer two potential solutions. 1) Can you contact the 3rd party to alert them to cancel/void the payment? OR 2) If the payment truly cannot be cancelled could you not offer to cut me a check for the payment so that I could come to the office to pick it up and deposit it sooner than 5 days?
Do not recommend leasing a house managed by All County "Expert".
