I’m realizing there’s a lot of fake reviews for this company. They were expecting us to give them full months rent plus deposit before the house was even ready and when we asked for a push back date for move in to ensure we weren’t gonna get scammed, it was a straight no. Even after all the efforts we put in to make sure the house was looked after. Not a risk we were willing to take.

This place will scam you have you move into a place that is mediocre and not well kept and even though you take photos and report everything when it’s time for you to move out, they’ll keep a good amount of of your deposit for”cleaning “ I understand being in pickle when looking For a place just be cautious renting with them they will make up random things and Heather Hernandez will lie to you directly to your face and ignore your messages And Rudy will falsify anything to get a report I will be seeking legal matter due to all of this, and I strongly recommend everybody to proceed caution when renting this place they not the worst by far just definitely not straight with their renters but if you can avoid heather because once you get in there she’ll just ignore you and your concerns

This is the worst company I ever had to deal with , there very unprofessional & lazy and rude. Also “ Fred “ loves knocking on windows when people are sleeping he knocks like if he’s the police. Worst company ever !!

I have had a great experience with All Gold's Management. They included all the advertisement, I did not have to pay a cent. They found me good tenants (which are hard to come upon now a days) Highly recommend.
