We enjoyed working with Seth during our home buying journey. He’s very knowledgeable and answered our questions quickly. He told us exactly what we needed to do and what not to do to be approved for our dream house. Applying for a mortgage can be stressful and scary. Seth made it much easier and we felt confident working with him. With his help and guidance we were able to get the perfect home. He helped solve all problems we came across. It was very easy to submit paperwork and schedule appraisal. He worked very efficiently when we needed something quickly before close so we could close on time and he made it happen.
