WORST RATED HOA

This despicable group of winners troll our community daily. They forced my family and I into a Default, while they ignored all of our attempts to start a payment plan and avoid more problems. Our community gate constantly breaks, and it seldom fixed in time. We recently received a formal violation from Alliance, saying that our children were “illegally roller skating in the park.” Number 1, who would have that “rule”, and Number 2, they didn’t even have ANY proof. A neighbor supposedly complained, and Alliance ran with it. No proof, just another attempt to fraudulently collect money. Our lawns are half dead, and we barely have light at night. So run, run far away from this company. Go find ANY random person in Walmart, and they will do a 10X better job than these classless gems.

To add proof to the utter failure, this is the company that “Alliance” used to collect their debts.

Seems like Steven, Dawn, and Janice are more concerned about how they can pad their checkbooks rather than help the community. When they ignored my family about the payment plan, SBS came for us. After we sent the over $5K check to cover the expenses, SBS said they “lost” my check in the mail. I had noticed that our debt was still showing as unpaid on the Alliance website! They said they had sent payment over to Alliance, but the check was never received? Steve, and the head of SBS actually told me that “they have no way to track the mail they send” 😂😂😂 What is tracking for then boys

We currently live in the Groves in Temecula and this property management company is extremely poor. 1. The management of the fruit groves in our neighborhood has been mismanaged. 2. All contacts we have people have to fight to see them. They send notices to properties and land that doesn’t belong to neighbors. RFID TAGS don’t work to get in the community. The board of directors on the board do not listen to the home owners. We had a crazy contract and didn’t have internet for whole week because a bill wasn’t paid the home owners here aren’t happy with his services. It is disappointing to live in a community with 2M dollar homes and have poor management of funds and lack of disclosing contracts. We even had to pay lawyers from the HOA fees because a home owner requested to see documentation. The fees were passed down to the home owners. I do not recommend this company. I have been in real estate for over 20 years and have property managers. This is by far the worst one I have seen in my real estate career.

We recently had a great experience with Alliance Association Management particularly with Steven Penn- Senior association manager. I have dealt with a lot of HOA's as a Realtor so I know good from bad. My experience was in the Ridgegate community also known as the Rhonda in Murrieta. We contacted them regarding an escrow termite inspection. Steven's responses were super fast from beginning to end. He personally came out to verify what would be the HOA responsibility and what would be my buyers responsibility. He was quick to approve what was appropriate. My buyer is a first time buyer so she had questions as a new resident in the community. Steven was able to answer all of her questions regarding the community and future projects. He really shed a bunch of light about everything regarding the community past and present. It was so helpful to my buyer hence me taking the time to write this review. Like I said I have dealt with lots of HOA's and this is a really good one! Thanks so much for your help Steven and all those working for Alliance Association Management.
