Where to start. I had a client in crisis on the verge of getting his family put on the streets due to the previous lender dropping the ball. It cost my client thousands of dollars in hotel bills, and he and his family were almost without a home until we switched lenders to Chris, who absolutely saved the day. My client had low credit and has just lost his down payment funds due to situations out of his control with the previous deal, but Chris really stepped it up and was able to make it work. He communicated with all of us very effectively, consistently kept us updated through the whole process, he was empathetic and sympathetic to the situation and what was needed, and most importantly... he was able get my clients mortgage approved when many other mortgage officers said it simply couldn't be done.
