Let me just say, 5 stars is simply not enough for the personal service and a wonderful experience I have received from the staff during the last 10 YEARS of doing business with the Allied Insurance Agency. Any time when I had to make changes to my home or auto insurance policies, Dale and his staff have always responded promptly and offered a variety of solutions to help with my needs. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Allied Insurance Agency to anyone who would like to deal with genuine, honest and professional people. We all have a need for insurance coverage and before you commit to any other companies out there, give them a call!!! You will not be disappointed. The BEST group of people I have done business with in a very long time....5 starts X 100!!!!! WELL DESERVED!!!

This company provides insurance for a man that was hired to do work to my home. I contacted them once before because he plugged my drains with mortar/grout. He told me I would need to speak to a female and he told me her name due to a septic issue he caused. I reached out to the female previously when I had to pay to have the septic pumped and have the main line cleared of grout and mortar. I was told at that time the main line likely needed to be replaced because of all the grout in it that came from a septic company who ran a water jet up it. When speaking to this company on the phone they at first said they’d get a claim started. Stated they’d talk to the contractor. Contractor attempted to state he was never there or something. After speaking with an attorney he stated I should show them photos of the evidence and the cancelled checks prior to taking him to court as that’s going to result in him being liable for much more and this and would be a simple fix to get things moving in the right direction from his insurance which is why he has the policy. Upon explaining just a part of the situation a male figure came up and became rude saying I was the Pain in the a$$ that had been bothering them for two months. Granted it’s December. They were contacted in august once by me and then they contacted me to give me details that they wouldn’t provide coverage even though it is property damage by their insured. They weren’t provided documentation or photos that should make a person very understanding. Needless to say I’m sure on this side of things when more than small claims is filed I am sure they’ll be paying out much more even if only regarding the septic line issues that were damaged. I feel bad for the nice staff at this business to work under an individual who acts as this man did. The additional sad point is I had planned on getting an insurance quote depending on how I was treated. I’ve been insured through the same company for many years and only earned them money. After this kind of customer service and treatment when I was very calm, cool, and collective I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone. A much better option is found on walnut street just north of us40. You will receive great customer service and won’t have to deal with a bad attitude.

Best insurance agents in town. They have always treated us fairly. The cheapest insurance is worth nothing if they don’t take care of you in your time of need. They treat you like a friend.
