SEBASTIAN YOUNTS has been on piont i had issues with the call center and mobile app ......he fixed it took alittle bit but he made it happen .. I was very stressed out and very impatient was was very rude and full of anxiety Sebastian talk to me like a friend instead of a customer he made me feel very important he truly cares about his job and customer service and calmed me down very quickly even though I was mean and rude I give his professionalism 10 out of 10 and customer service 10 out of 10 he definitely knows how to deal with a person that is very upset and he's a great listener

I have been a customer of Allstate Insurance Company for several years now (J. Waters Agency, Millbrook, Al.)
I am very pleased with the personalized service I always receive, as they have always been very prompt in helping me with whatever life changes bring us.
I would like to recognize two particular employees who always go above and beyond, Pattie and Sebastian. Both have always displayed a professional, yet personable,friendly, positive attitude.
One Friday afternoon (Almost closing time) my Son needed assistance with obtaining a policy of his own for a new truck he had purchased. I apologized for calling so late on a Friday afternoon and Pattie was so nice who then transferred me to Sebastian. I’ve known both for quite some time now. Sebastian spoke with both me and my Son, gave him several options, and my Son wanted to weigh his options before committing. There was no high pressure from Sebastian and he allowed us to end the phone call, so my Son and I could discuss the options in further detail. Sebastian stayed past closing until we called him back. He then worked diligently to tweak the policy and once he was finished, my Son had full coverage on his new truck and we were both pleased. Sebastian stayed over at least an hour to help us. In today’s world, you don’t find employees like that very often. I’m not one to post a lot of reviews, however, this Agency, these employees, deserve recognition for a job well done. THANK YOU!! I highly recommend giving them a call and allow them the opportunity to earn your trust and business.

The premium keeps going up you can't speak to anybody that's in this country and I am totally not pleased

I had no issues while I was with this insurance company, but once I left it took 7 weeks to cancel, 2 months came out after the fact, and I called the office, emailed, and texted SEVERAL times…they never resolved the issue, I had to call the customer service line twice before the issue was fixed. Still waiting on refund though. 0/10 would not recommend.

I have never experienced such difficulty working with an insurance company on a claim. The lack of professionalism. Constant customer service hang ups. No response from agent after multiple requests to reach him. Very disappointed with service and assistance.

The agency is great. Great costumer service, they always great you with a smile. Mr Waters team is the agency I have had since I have had vehicle and renters insurance.

The branch/section is absolutely AWESOME. We switched from State Farm about a year ago and it was instant savings at least for me, being a younger male driver. They are just so helpful and they always sound eager to help me rather than the “just another guy” tone. I am thankful for having them as my insurance company

I have always been able to reach someone when I call the office. I have received prompt courteous service. The personnel has great patience whenever I have questions. I use Drive Wise also.
