On September 6, 2017, I had an accident. Devastated that I may be looking at losing the car of my dreams to this unfortunate event, My agent Sheri Wade, assured me that I was "IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE" The name of the adjuster that actually looked and valued my car has escaped my memory at the time of this review. However, Sheri Wade, George Mauldin, A.J. Johnson, and Ariana Melia have kept me fully informed and treated me with NOTHING but total compassion, understanding and respect. All of the staff members went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed from the rental car to any medical attention that was necessary. I now have a different car of my dreams.

I have nothing by HIGH praises for the way that my accident claim was handled and the timely fashion in which each part was addressed.

Thank you ALLSTATE and the staff that you have so delicately appointed to my accident.
