I find insurance to be stressful and sometimes confusing, but Mike at Mike Woods Allstate always takes the time to explain anything that is confusing and to be honest and up front about what he is doing and how long a change to a policy might take. I don't ever feel like I am being up-sold or pressured to purchase something that I dont want or need.

Mike is so responsive to phone calls and emails, and he also really goes out of his way to treat his customers like people, not just a dollar-sign. He is friendly and knowledgeable and so very helpful.

I cannot recommend this insurance agent enough. He is absolutely fantastic.

Michael Woods has always been great, but for the past week we've been dealing with needing services we've never needed before. We need a maintenance bond for some work we did on a property we are selling. We didn't know where to turn. Michael stepped up and helped us through the entire process. Michael found companies for us to use and helped us through the entire process. We even got to sign the paperwork in his office.

I am so very pleased with my Allstate Agent, Mr Woods. In Terre Haute, Indiana.. He has been the best Insurance agent I have ever had. There is no rushing through your insurance paperwork. He got me the lowest auto insurance rate ever!. I would RECOMMEND MR WOODS to everyone because he is simply the best agent around. Mr Woods takes care of my Automobile and House insurance Policies.

I'm having an ongoing issue with the Woods agency. I traded an old vehicle for a new one in July 2022. I called Allstate to have the old vehicle taken off and the new one added to my coverage. The Woods agent confirmed the record of the call. The ins for the new vehicle was quite high. I went into the office in October to ask why it was so high. It turned out I was still paying coverage on the old vehicle. When the old vehicle was removed, my premium dropped $140/month starting in November. I was told I would get a refund for the months I was erroneously charged the extra $140 (about $600 altogether). I waited and no refund came. I called in February 2023 and the Woods agent apologized for "dropping the ball" on the matter and explained that Allstate may "decline" my reimbursement because it had been so long! He said he would investigate. I called in March, no decision yet from Allstate. I called in April, no answer still. I was told just to wait (ie stop calling, he's tired of hearing from me) and he would contact me when he heard back. That is where I am at now. To me, I think the Woods agent knows I will drop my policy if Allstate doesn't reimburse me so he is stringing me along hoping I will forget. VERY, VERY, VERY frustrated with being overcharged and the refusal to rectify the situation from Allstate and the Woods agency.

I have not had a worse experience with insurance! My mother had Allstate so after she passed I just stayed with the company. Well it only lasted 6 months because of my insurance being changed and increased, after 5 months! Not to mention they increased the price after my 1st quote. I have not had any problems where I am now but it's NOT ALLSTATE, so please beware!!

Mike Woods and his team are always there when we need them. Just the other day I was needing a copy of my insurance cards and couldn’t remember the password for the app. I called and within minutes Mike text them to me!
