Alpha community has been our property manager for over nine years.
We have found them extremely helpful and always be able to depend on them
My property manager is Linda,
And if she’s out of town, there’s always somebody covering for her.
I feel their company always go out of the way to make things right and for our community.
We have 182 condominium units.
They have been our best property manager in the last 10 years
I highly recommend their team.

bad customer service. rude. They announce that they have people in Spanish and they never answer. I have sent emails and they have never been answered even in English.
The community is dirty and they charge $175 monthly . Fences are broken and no body comes to repair .

The worst property management company. Unprofessional and rude staff that never responds to emails in a timely manner. They charge outrageous HOA fees (almost $200) in Olive Green Villas for a filthy, unsafe property. The pools are gross and never open on time every.single.year. There is a complete lack of customer service and an unwillingness to help residents that is appalling to see. Tina and Theresa are difficult to work with and do not display any empathy or customer service.

Worst property management company ever. I am surprised that any company could be so incompetent at their job. Our community used them for a while and they did such a terrible job helping us. The owner is also a joke. She is never available when you need her, they are terrible at communicating with our board. I needed things repaired and I called them for over a year. I always got the same response "the board has been made aware of your issue and a contractor has been assigned to your project". 12 months go by and I finally talk to the president who informed me they never even heard about my issues.
If you are a community looking for a new management company, do yourself a favor and stay far far away from Alpha Community Management.

The worse community management. I've been having issues with the office staff since I bought my property 7 yrs ago. They are rude, racist, no professionalism. For residents who speak Spanish please know that I was informed by Linda, one of the staff at the office, that they don't consider is necessary someone in spanish at the office, that is racism. She told me in person that she was helping to get me out of her way. I get charged twice for the monthly payments. The community is a mess, maintenance is poor.

I called Jackie for any updates about possible water damage on my roof and she unfortunately decided to talk over me, raise her voice with me, she wouldn’t let me get any words out, and was extremely a waste of my time, she was so unhelpful and rude. As I’m trying to talk she decided to get the words “hold please” as fast as she could to put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called the roofing company myself. She makes Alpha Community Management look bad and gives them a bad rep. My work order was placed April 29,2020 and it’s not June 18,2020 and there hasn’t been ONE update. All she has to say is “someone came and looked at it June 5,2020” yet they sent someone out June 2, 2020 to power wash my roof. No one was sent out June 5, I was home all day . I would give ZERO stars if I could . They are just horrible

Horrible HOA! Been dealing with an issue for 8 months. No point sending an email, they wont reply or resolve anything. Was told they would research the information and get back to me. I have sent several follow-up emails and no replies.
