Araceli is AMAZING! My husband and I bought our first rental in 2023. We started off with another management company who was very old school. When we found Araceli, she was an answer to our prayers. She is extremely responsive and worked hard with her team to make sure that we rented out the property as fast as possible. Now that the tenants are in place, she handles everything and we can sleep at night knowing she has everything taken care of. Luc in accounting has also been amazing too and answers all our questions. I highly recommend Amanica!

Do not go with this company. I am a PROPERTY OWNER and I have not had a good experience with this company. The first property manager was rude and would not get back to me about my inquiries. At one point she told the front desk to tell me that she was not there and then later got on the phone when I kept asking about damages to trees on my property. Later they assigned me another manager and she was very manipulative. Upon the tenants leaving, she stated that my toilet had been cracked and needed replacing but did not specify which one and replaced the wrong one. The company also refused to place this repair on the vendors deposit. On top of that I was hit with a $111 water bill because their vendor forgot to turn off the water when doing the replacement. I spoke the owner multiple times since it was his company's responsibility to cover the bill since it was a result of his vendor's mistake. He also could not provide pictures of the damages to the toilet that his manager stated needed replacing. After firm negotiations, he finally agreed to pay the bill but soon thereafter voided our contract forcing me to find another company. Very bad service!

Wish I could give them zero stars. By far the worst management company I've ever heard of or applied for. They don't return your calls or update you on your application. You have to call several times to speak with someone and when you do they are rude. I know someone who currently rents from this company and they don't help with anything. Not even lawn maintanance. Don't waste your time, money or mental on Amanica. It's not worth it. There are plenty of property management companies with better homes to assist you with your needs.

We had a one year lease with Amanica. They were very professional. We could pay our rent online, which was very convenient and quick. We had a minor plumbing issue and later a heating issue. Both times, we called and they immediately took care of it. Great company.

I usually hate working with a property manager for rental properties as most just collect a fee for collecting the rent and pass all the problems off on to the property owner.

My mother-in-law has been using Amanica for the past few years for property management since she is out-of-state. Lou and Rebecca are always on the mark and have really impressed me. They really stay on top of things and get resolutions. A great group to work with for managing your property. I am looking to have them take over my properties as I am so impressed.
