I stumbled upon Amy’s office when I realized that I had been paying too much for my insurance premium. The agent who answered my call was Jingmei, and she is one of the most, if not the most, thoughtful and informative insurance specialists I have dealt with in my life. She has a very patient and caring demeanor, ensuring that every concern and question is given full attention. After working with her for over three years, I recognize that the client manager I work with is just as important as the premium I pay on a regular basis, because the hassle Jingmei has saved me and the discounts she proactively researched and applied for me have made the entire insurance process effortless. Here, I genuinely feel cared for by everyone in the office. Hats off to Jingmei and Amy!

If I could give zero stars I would. This office is a joke. Everyone in this is very unprofessional and rude. Especially Quinten! They quote you one price and get you to get the policy based off of that and then all of a sudden it jumps up $100 dollars a month and they can't give any real explanation. Then he tells me "Well you either get it or you don't! You can cancel if you want to or whatever it doesn't matter! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

I stopped by this location today and was completely disappointed. The young lady showed no concern, no customer service was displayed, she never even looked up. Didn't even say Thanks for stopping by it seems as if she didn't want to be bothered.Please stay away from this location. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years.

While shopping for a vehicle, I was also shopping car insurance prices, which I needed to take into consideration for the overall price of owning the vehicle. I received a quote from this State Farm office that fit my budget and I purchased the vehicle. Less than one month later, I received a letter that my coverage was being dropped because of a single "failure to stop" citation on my record. This was not new information. When I filled out my information initially, I did not hide that I have one citation on my record. All they had to do was deny me coverage when I was initially shopping around and I would have understood. I'm extremely disappointed in this highly unprofessional company. In fact, Georgia law requires insurance companies to give 10 days notice for cancellation. I received 7 days notice, so technically they broke the law.
