Amy Telnes never returns calls in a timely manner. When she does, she acts like you're bothering her and will give you massive attitude. She doesn't belong to a Property Management Association. I already looked into that. I don't know how she stays in business with her poor customer service and lack of doing her due diligence.

If you would like to pay to be treated like garbage and yelled at, this is the management company for you. This manager treats clients with such disrespect and is an absentee property manager who is great at writing checks. If you call and complain about something in your community, you're the problem and the issue at hand doesn't get resolved. Amy Telnes is petty and will retaliate against you if you challenge her in any way. It's a shame because her employees are professional and courteous. Maybe she should take a page out of her employee's customer service book on how to treat her clients that keep her in business. She does the bare minimum for the maximum premium price. Be forewarned using this company.

I am the president of an HOA that Amy manages. I could not give her a higher recommendation. She is always polite and professional. She has photos of all violations as proof of them and then offers directions on how to proceed if there is a dispute. That is then sent to the Board of Directors for a decision. Some owners don't read all of the CC&R's or are not willing to follow them. The board requests that she follows through till the violation is corrected. If the owners follow the regulations, then there won't be any problems. After having two other management companies work for us, we are extremely please with Amy Telnes.
