Logan is quite personable and considerate. He is very supportive and works well with all parties involved, the landlord, tenant and contractor. Our refrigerator had issues, I contacted Logan Andren and since it was the weekend we had to wait until Monday to find out when someone could come and check it out. A couple of days later we had a refrigerator repair person come in and check it out. Turns out that the parts were not available any longer to repair the refrigerator, however the repair guy was able to get the alarm turned off which was greatly appreciated. After he left I was contacted by Logan’s assistant to make arrangements for replacement of the refrigerator. Andren took care of the refrigerator replacement for use without having to ask! Greatly appreciated, and the replacement was larger, I am 100% happy having this kind of service!
