My husband and I were with another company but when it came time for renewal, they didn’t call or email to set up an appointment to go over any changes. I called Amie Glasgow, who works in the office with Angie, and she pulled together a quote for our homeowners and auto insurance in no time. She was able to answer all our questions. She also made the transition from our previous carrier to All State very smooth. She did all the work! The whole team is great but Amie goes above and beyond!

I have had over the years a very good relation ship with all the agents Leslie Mays and Amy Gasco even Angie Hughes at the jackson tenn location they have given me very good advice and made sure I was give fair treatment with my claims. Some rates have gone up and it be great and nice if long time clients be given lower rates.

I have had great service when accidents have happened however my rates have gone up drastically this year despite other insurance companies quoting me prices over $100 a month lower for the same coverage and benefits. Haven’t had an accident or ticket in years as well. Not happy at all with the price jump and contemplating moving insurance companies. Natural disasters aren’t my fault and I shouldn’t be hit with it financially.
