Working with Anica has been amazing. I first met her last year in the first days of February 2023 right before I contracted Long Covid and didn’t get to see her for awhile. She impressed me so much with her calm 17+ years of Insurance acumen and warm and gracious professionalism. I immediately liked her.

Fast forward to 2024 and what a mess and nightmare it is in insurance in California. I see SM posts all the time from neighbors having policies cancelled and other nightmares.

Anica has remained the calm ship in this storm with her years of expertise and being a longtime insurance professional. She made getting a quote so comfortable. Her recommendations really helped.

Anica is not at all reliable when it comes to agent. While initially getting customer, she was responsive and later after submission of documents, did not care to follow up for customer or inform them about process. I have to start looking up for insurance quotes again after a month of submission of documents(assurance from her initially) with no response. Who knows even if she submitted all required documents or not. she did not care to provide any update during process and not even responding to emails or phone calls. She is not at all trustworthy. Stay away from her if you really want insurance with liberty mutual. Other comparion agents updated after a month that she did not submit properly and now if i want, i need to go with newer quote. DO NOT EVEN WASTE TIME WITH ANICA. If i would have option, i would give 0 star. Scam agent who takes all details and not transmit further properly with company.

I don’t know what happened to insurance but it’s a mess! If you call any of the companies that have a commercial, they’ll tell you they’re not writing new policies in California or they’ll tell you to wait 21 days. At least Anica is upfront about the process & helps jump thru the hoops to get us Californians insured. Don’t believe the hype, just call Anica.
