I have known Ann Amtower as a renter, buyer, and seller in Healdsburg over the past 12 years or so. Our most recent experience was selling our house in the fall of 2022 as we were planning to move out of the country. This was a difficult time to sell as interest rates were beginning to rise and there wasn’t much in the way of buyers’ interest.
Ann and her team did an amazing job of putting together an attractive sale packet and beautifully staged our home, with minimal disruption, even though we were still living there. Ann was able to filter out non-serious offers and work hard with the offers we did receive that were beneficial to us.
Ann helped us through the inspection process and the few deficiencies that were noted, had someone local who could fix and take care of any issues quickly.
When we finally settled on a very agreeable offer between both parties, the contingencies and closing were done very efficiently, to everyone’s satisfaction. We were so happy the family that purchased our home was a local family who were very excited to finally have their own house.

Since I no longer live in the area and it became time to sell my parents' home, I reached out to a high school friend still in the area for a referral to an agent. Although she didn't have anyone in mind, she had met Ann at an open house and was really impressed. We reached out to Ann and her team, and it was a very positive experience and definitely painless. Ann worked with the woman renting the house to coordinate schedules, staging and photographs, the realtor tour and two open houses. The open houses were held on the weekend, we reviewed offers on Tuesday and accepted the final offer on Wednesday. In less than a month from start to finish, the house was sold for $50K over asking and escrow closed. Her knowledge of the market and her suggested pricing and her hard work made it all run so smoothly. We were able to communicate through phone calls and texts and all the paperwork was handled electronically.
