When I initially obtained my car insurance from the Anthony Smith State Farm Insurance Agency, I was concerned that I might not receive the personal service I was accustomed to from prior insurance agents that were actually located in my city of residence. LAlthough this State Farm office is located in Little Rock and I live in Mountain Home, I have never received such professional, efficient or timely service as I have experienced from the staff. Not only are they friendly and personable, they are never hesitant to answer my questions or work to resolve any issues that might arise relating to policy changes, claims or simply making payments. If anyone is currently getting insurance quotes from other companies within the industry, I would highly recommend that they contact this office and take advantage of the quality service they are prepared to offer. I don't think you will be disappointed!
