All Those 5 Star Rating which One Happens To Be (Jennifer Samuelson) Don't Believe The Hype People a Bunch Of Bull. Also Some Of Those People That Gave 5 Star Rating Work & Associates Of Her's Trust Me I Kno. If Anyone Decides To Do Business Please Becarful & Think Twice On It... If You Ever Experience Any Problems With Them They Will Leave You In The Dark... I Was literally Stalked By Custodians Some Years Ago @ 8126 S. Drexel Ave. I Took
Them to court & got a (Restraining Order) against Them. I Tried & Tried too reach out To Management (Jennifer Samuelson) Several Time she ignored me I even sent them certified Documents of Restraining Order, still ignored me. Management still did nothing about it the Situation it got worst. My home @ time wasn't safe or sacred any more I was force to move out do to the Stalking & The Custodian Guy Entering in my home unannounced While Undressed.... So Be careful Residing @ Those Residents Over There. They keep Stalking & for the Second time they keep getting away with it.

I bought a property from this company. Mostly what their realitor told me before I bought the property was false. He told me the porch only needed a small repair amount. I had to replace the whole thing. He knew this because the previous owners had it looked at. They told me the units only needed 10,000$ a piece. They were much more. He made it seem like the current tenants were great and could be rerented to them at a higher price after a remodel. After I bought it I learned that 3 of the tenants were late. 2 of them 3 months late. He didnt tell me someone was living in the basement. I had to evict 2 of the tenants all but one had to go. The manager the realitors wife Jennifer Samuelson who took over was aweful. There contactor took 7 months to finish 1 unit. He took his crew off my project to start and finish other projects elsewhere. Jennifer would not step in my unit once in 6 months to check up on the work. I had to keep flying back 1000 miles taking off work for a month to try and get their contractors to show up. I sent pictures to Jennifer to show her what her contractor didnt do. Their contractor became very hostile when I asked when things would be done. Once the apartment was done she did virtually nothing to rent them. I had to get a new manager who rented them right away. The new manager who wasn't even under contract yet was at my building watching over Jennifer's contractor. She sent Jennifer more photos which Jennifer disputed them as old when the photos were taken the same day sent to her. If Jennifer would just come once to the building to see for herself and DO HER JOB she would of seen what was happening Jennifer's contractor also theatened me not to talk to Jennifer and not to come to my own building or he said he would basically give me hell and never finish I think he was telling Jennifer lies about what was done and did not want me telling her the truth. Jennifer would believe anything he said It was really aweful. If it were not for the new manager helping me out they probably would have destroyed me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. some of the reviews on here are from the employees of this company. They are scumbags.
