DO NOT RECOMMEND ARIEN BOWERSOCK AT ALL. Save your time, energy & money & go somewhere else! When we first reached out to get a quote she was amazing. We kept getting random quotes throughout the process with good communication. Closing week came & she completely ghosted us. Didn’t hear anything from her till the day before letting us know how much we will need to bring to closing. For being a first time home buyer this was very nerve racking to not hear from her. Extremely unprofessional. The day of closing The Home Loan Expert company was experiencing an “system outage” (meaning literally all computers were down & they weren’t able to plug number in the system they use). Computers were back up & running around 2:30-3 pm CT. Herself & her team took hours to redo the paperwork again & provided us a closing cost of triple of what she told us the night before. We were completely blindsided. But we accepted because we wanted to move in on Friday (day of closing). She wired the money too late to the title company & they were not able to verify if the funds were received or not due to them and the bank they used closing at 5pm CT. Our closing was on Friday & we were NOT able to close or get the keys on Friday. Not to mention we went back to get the keys on Monday & Arien didn’t even wire the full amount over to the title company. Which made us have to wait an ADDITIONAL few hours. This WHOLE process was a nightmare & I don’t wish this upon anyone. Please please please do not waste your time & money on this company. We closed 2 weeks ago & they already sold our mortgage loan to a different company as well. The most unprofessional place to ever do business is with ARIEN BOWERSOCK- THE HOME LOAN EXPERT!!!!!!

I could not have been happier with Airen in this overall process. From contract to close, Airen was very responsive, patient, and willing to answer any and every question I had. She’s also incredibly honest. She never over promised on anything. She actually did a great job of explaining best case and worst case scenario throughout the entire process so I was never surprised. And through her work, on the day of closing I received my best case scenario in regard to the numbers I was hoping for. She also is great at forecasting and projection. In the middle of my contract, she forecasted rates to go up (which they did) and she locked in my rate for me prior to that happening. Bottom, she will save you a boat load of money on your investment. My next home, whenever that is, I will absolutely be using Airen and her team to close.
