I am on the board of directors for my Scottsdale HOA. We had to find a new management company unexpectedly last year, and went with AZAMG over several other options. Our first impression of Eric was that he is sharp, hard working, and understands the needs of our small (and sometimes problematic) community.
I'm happy to report that the first impression was correct. It's been about a year now, and everyone at AZ AMG has gone above and beyond what we could hope for. Daisy, our community manager, is a master at communication and professionalism. She handles everything for us without complaint, I really don't know how she does it all. Daisy and Eric have organized and streamlined our HOA meetings, offered and implemented helpful suggestions, and ultimately guided our community to order. I am very glad we went with them for HOA management, and grateful to Daisy specifically for her hands-on work.

I have a different perspective from some of the other reviews. My HOA hired this company several years ago, and they’ve consistently done an excellent job. Keep up the fantastic work!

This HOA has been a nightmare. My windows cannot close since they updated the outside of the condo, now everyone staying here has persistent respiratory issues due to the constant dust pouring into our condo. Since they choose to not speak to tenants I’m having to prepare documents for legal representation. I wouldn’t recommend their properties to an enemy.

They hire contractors that neglect tenant safety as well. Blocking the fire lane is common place. If this is how they work when people can see them I can’t imagine the other corners they are cutting

Eric, I’m not sure why every property management company sucks but you suck the worst. You are the most useless business I might have ever dealt with. I don’t even know where to begin the money you cost our homeowners association the appearance of incompetence you showed your lack of response your lack of ability. You should be ashamed of yourself. Thank goodness you are no longer our Property Manager in the short couple of years you were our Property Manager I’m gonna share just a few stories of how bad you really are. We had a water leak in our driveway and you hired your friends Merritt plumbing to do the repair. Merritt plumbing does not do slab leaks, they broke out one of the slabs and damaged the three slabs around it costing our homeowners association time and money and major inconvenience. Then Merritt plumbing caused two more leaks while fixing one leak and you were going to cover the leaks without even being aware, there were additional leaks. We had another leak under a slab in another part of the complex and thank goodness the board got another plumbing company that does slab leaks to fix that slab leak before you made a mess of that as well.

illegally immorally and unethically removed, umbrellas from our pool without any discussion with the entire board or the owners, because you felt the pool umbrellas were in violation of some county pool rule that they couldn’t be within 4 feet of the pool. you removed them damaged them, and had to bring them back at the request of the entire complex, you lied about removing the umbrellas and something the owners began to call “umbrella gate” you are useless.

Our homeowners association paid a lot of money under your direction to have a reserve study done. The owners had a lot of questions about the reserve study 18 months ago we kept asking where the reserve study was you kept blowing us off, not responding and delaying, giving us the reserve study to the point where we finally got it very recently. The reserve study is useless and has to be redone at a cost to the homeowners association, I hope our homeowners association hires an attorney and sues you for the cost of the reserve study.

You hired an attorney without authorization of the homeowners association at a cost of I believe $5000 to redo our rules and regulations and CC and R‘s and had to pay back the $5000 to the homeowners association.

You will never learn!!

AAMG has been a breath of fresh air for our community!

When we transitioned from our previous management company there was little records, no organization or oversight of our vendors and was in complete chaos.

The AAMG team explained from the very beginning that it would take time to get things on track, but helped us to develop a plan of processes and procedures to efficiently run the community.

We look forward to working together with this team to better our community for the long haul.

This management group is nothing but a fraud... I've owned my condo here for just under 2yrs & I have to say it's the worst association in Arizona.. These people would have our chiller off/ supposedly being repair in July & August costing the residents to be without AC for days at a time on regular occurrences. This was. Also the case when it came to the water being turned off for days or no being able to have access to hot water. I've been going back & forth with Celcia, Veronica & a Vanessa in regards to them taking HOA fees out twice per month for almost an entire year without NOT 1 PERSON from the association notifying me about the double payments.. Once I found out I contacted them ,& it wasn't easy to ask to be refunded, once I finally got refunded they immediately sent me a letter stating I now owe them $1000 plus dollars for the HOA fees had increased for the year of 2023.I did the math & emailed them to let them know the fees increased approx $70 so how is $700 for 5 months totalling over $1k dollars, Veronica, Cesia said an assentment fees included. I've explained to them on multiple occasions that it's thir finance department responsibility to deduct anything that or If I owed anything.. they are still trying to get $1k out of me which I called them & it extortion. I can only imagine what this association is doing to the other residents in the complex. I recent just email Veronica & told her to sue me for the $1k or I can pay exactly what I owe without their make shift assentment fees. This complex deserves better & unfortunately its not going to be with these scam artists on the board.
