I can't understand for the life of me why this bank would get any bad reviews at first I was hesitant because it seemed too good to be true... where else can you open a bank account with no fees and no hidden fees I kept asking what's the catch and there is no catch! The employees are not snide or rude and anyway let's face it not trying to stereotype which I hate but a lot of banks tend to have snobbish people working not this Bank! Now that's not to say that they're not professional Sarah was the lady who greeted me super nice lady kept asking me if I had any more questions and even offered me a water made sure I was comfortable they really have a professional manner I couldn't be happier more people need to know about this Bank!

I prefer credit unions.. here they take a surprisingly long time to do anything despite there never being any other customers(sketchy) and the teller doesn’t seem like she knows what she’s doing. Manager gives conflicting information and checks and deposits have long holds on them before they’re available. No thanks..

Opened both Saving & checking. Mobile app deposits software horrible. Mobile text no response.
Deposit through app done 3/30/18 it's now 4/9/18 no funds.
Called customer service, and told 3 different occasions eta of funds. Explanation of hold time reasonable but, eta of funds? I have never has issues with my other bank like this. Funds hold time 2 days Thank goodness I kept my other bank that I can trust, and switch my money back to. Closing this.

Have only had good experiences with this bank. They have a nice thing where you can get monthly interest on your checking account if you use your debit card as credit a certain amount of timers per month, and the percent is pretty good if you have a good amount of money. I want to give a shout out to Charlise (I believe that was her name) for being very kind and good at her job. You deserve a promotion!

This is the first bank I've actually loved. My personal banker, Nicci, is the best. They really take care of you and the mobile features are on point. I tried a few different local banks and this one was the best.
I love so many features of the account, the mobile app, and their personal assistance. If you are looking to get away from the big banks, want to move your money local or just are looking to save money on fees; I highly recommend trying Arizona Bank & Trust.

Shady business practices. I have 720 credit score and applied for a HELOC. I was qualified for this product. Near the 30 day mark the representative started requesting documents that I already provided. At the last minute because the bank was not going to make a ton of money on the deal they pulled the plug. So I went to Navy Federal and closed the deal in 22 days. I would not recommend this bank to any high-end client.

Changed my view here. This bank stands by their word. Ran into an issue after refinancing and the customer representative fought on my behalf for PMI cancellation. They upheld the statements made during the refinancing deal and were able to uphold the contract. Thanks Arizona Bank and Trust!
