Nice place, but the staff, especially the brown haired lady with the glasses and the large computer screen at the smaller window far from the front door, is very rude! She is also not friendly to people of American Indian heritage. I went into the place asking for a specific service and she gave me such a nasty attitude, and was so flippant, and lack the kindness she showed to other persons of non indian heritage. However, the red haird lady was soft spoken and nice to me, and got the job done accurately and right away. I appreciated the red haird lady for doing her job effectively. The manager should really reconsider the other staff personel, because no one did any thing to her, and if she hates seriving American indians, then leave your job. OH! WAIT YOUR ATTITUDE SUCKS, THAT"S WHY YOU CAN'T LEAVE!

This is by far the best insurance agency around. They’ve got great employees that work fast and hard to take care of you and your needs. The lady at the front desk is the nicest, but everyone else is pretty easy to get along with.

Plus... They have great insurance rates. Can’t beat ‘em.

I had liability with another local company, and was paying $130/month. I met with Joseph Bailey here at Arkansas First Choice, and he got my payments down to $68! I decided to upgrade to full coverage, with $250 deductible, towing, and rental car, and I'm only paying less than $20/month more than I was paying just for liability at Direct Auto.

Vicky was kind to me and listened to my needs but ultimately could not help. The real culprit for the horrible experience was ALFA Vision insurance. The premium was $100 higher than my current provider (progressive) and upon cancellation they charged me $260. $150 was for the 12 days remaining in the month that I cancelled (although I had another insurance provider activated). Another $100 was pulled out of thin air; they claim it was for a period of insurance that was upgraded that I didnt have to pay for, but when I cancelled, it became an issue again. Overall, with all other negative reviews on the web, ALFA Vision is a horrible insurance provider. And Arkansas First Choice Insurance is the agent through which this policy was purchased.

Friendly, but was not pleased with the customer service. I was over charged went in person, no one would return calls, ultimately cancelled my policy. Still never got a refund for the money they owed me.

It started when i was told to ecpect a return phone call the next day and nothing! So finally i called them back....worst phone skills i have ever heard! I gave them my name and the reason for my call...dead scilence, after a very long pause i said hello? “Im looking it up...”. Then after a few questions she just put me on hold without so much as a , ill be right back or can i put you on hold? Nothing! Just put me on hold. I hung up.

Friendly service. They know who I am, what I'm there for, and their quick about things. They are just in general the best insurance agency I've ever been thru.
