This group provides exemplary teaching for beginners and experienced investors alike and the monthly meetings in person are a great networking opportunity to meet like-minded individuals whose goals align w/ yours. Randy vets the monthly speakers he invites and most of them have been very resourceful and have been a boon to my business regarding the courses that they offer. If you want to learn the proper way to invest ethically and perform the due diligence to achieve your real estate goals while avoiding the pitfalls that those 'self-proclaimed' gurus neglect to tell you, and not lose money in the process then you're in the right place. The only thing left for you to do is sign up and join as a member.

I am fairly new to ARKREIA however my experience is going great. Randy and Anthony are both helpful when it comes to meeting 1-1 answering questions and being transparent with a response. When bringing a deal to the table they’ll let you know upfront whether it’s a good deal or not such a good deal.

I like the fact that they actually invite you to a property on site and teach/inform you to look at a property and know what to look for prior to making a decision to invest in the property.

They definitely invest their time in you, because they want to see me succeed as much as I need to succeed in this profession.

With this team “FAILURE” is not an option.

Randy Thomason's ARK-REIA is the best! We get the best real estate education here in Little Rock with up-to-date information as laws change. They have the most experienced speakers. I wouldn't trade this for the world. The only regret is that we didn't join this group sooner.

ARKREIA changed my life! And no, this is no gimmick, this is for real. Because of their meetings, I was able to purchase my first business via owner-financing, with no money down, on great terms! They teach you first and foremost, to ask qualifying questions. A series of questions lead me to acquire this business along with a small private loan from the seller, a few months with no payment, on top of the above mentioned terms! For that, I am forever grateful. Randy and his well thought out guest speakers do a great job at teaching from their years of industry experience.
