THE WORST APARTMENT COMPANY!!!!!1 I AM FED UP!!!! Since I've been in this raggedy apartment I have had nothing but issues! WATER LEAKS, MOLD, MILDEW! They need to be reported and I'm in the process of having this issue investigated. The maintenance is horrible they come and patch up every issue just for it to happen all over again. AND KATIE IS RUDE, NOT UNDERSTANDING, AND FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL. I will get my point across to someone I don't car how long it takes!!!! #SHUTTHEMDOWN!!

Harry Arnold properties says no pitbulls on their properties but this dog has been neglected for over 4 months! They are slumlords !!! I would sleep on the street before I rented from them! When I calle to complain she said, “ why are you so worried if you don’t live there“ And my reply back was the bigger question is why are you not worry that there’s an animal being neglected on your property! Animal Control has been contacted but if Harold Arnold Properties actually stood by THEIR rules, this wouldn’t even be an issue !!

We have had an amazing experience working with Arnold properties, we got approved and had the keys In our hand in less than a day. Had a hick up with a refrigerator and oven but they got it taken care of and handled promptly thank you ! Me, my wife, and son are very please with the whole experience and home !

I have rented from Arnold Properties for over 12 years, this is a good company to rent from. If u contact them about issues, they will be there to fix them. I have never had any problems with this company. I have a older home with them, but I choose it and just like a car from time to time it will need maintenance, not mad with the company about anything. One reason I rated this company so high is because this company works with people when they do not have there rent money, other companies don't do that. I never been late on my rent but it's been good to know.

I have a love/hate relationship with them. They're slumlords. Every property they own is run-down and falling apart, and the maintenance guys do the absolute absolute absolute bare minimum.

BUT, as long as you pay your bills, they leave you alone. And the best part is they report to credit if you pay your bills. I've never heard of a landlord doing that. I really appreciate that they do. It's helped me a lot, and I'm sure it helps other people. Poor people need a hand sometimes, and that simple gesture made me able to buy a new car by helping me build my credit. That's why I give a 4 star even though the properties are kinda gross.

Lived in Monroe for the last 4 years... I never have any kind of problems with Arnold property Management. they are great people and good workers. I had a problem with my bathroom I called them early morning and they came by and replaced the whole floor and put a new toilet seat in less than 3 hours pretty good job and they cleaned everything after they were finish's...
