This process was the third mortgage experience for Melissa, and I and Dustin Bingaman and his team were terrific! Dustin and his team came highly recommended through our real estate agents, Ryan McKee (who helped us sell our house in Riverside, CA) and Matt McCormick (who helped us buy our new home in Marina, CA). We had lived in Riverside for 33 years, and so moving out of the area was intimidating. Yet, the process of securing money and getting preapproved was so efficient. Our agents received letters of preapproval and credit limit within a week. We were able to jump onto some competitive offers and assure that we were right for that offer. The team was fast, professional, and detail orientated. Working with Rachel and Jessica in the funding and escrow process was seamless. They kept us on track.
