I have purchased 2 homes and refinanced a few times. Carlos has been my go to guy for my last purchase and two refinances. He’s knowledgeable in the process if you have a solar system. If you don’t know there are many variables if you have a solar system when it comes to home loans. Communication is great!!!! He makes you feel like he is a friend and he’s always trying to find you the best lender. There’s no doubt that Carlos will be my broker for any type of real estate deals.

Carlos really is a knowledgeable all star when it comes to home loans. As a first time home buyer as well as being self employed Carlos walked me through every step of the way and had answers to all my questions.
