With a time where customer service is very hit or miss, the office of Art Mathias has never fallen short. Everyone there is incredibly helpful and polite, they answer all your questions completely, and in the rare event that they are missing something, they simply reach out to one another to ensure their clients have all necessary details. My agent Priscilla in particular is just AWESOME. She always has the best attitude, upbeat and positive on top of being so helpful, offering suggestions and saving my butt more than a few time.
You guys are so great, and I appreciate your excellence every time I call.

There is nothing that Priscilla can't or won't do to try to help us deal with all of the insurance questions we have. She is consistently professional whether we are looking at our rates or changing the status of one of our vehicles or if we are involved in an accident. I could not recommend this office more highly.
