This company is really unprofessional. They ghosted me for two months and wouldn't return my money.... This is a typical insurance company that you should STAY AWAY and don't do business with!

Their representative Harrison Paradise ghosted me deliberately after our last meeting. That was held October 29 2024.

I was dealing with a large National Insurance company for 12 years and never had any contact with their agent. I've been dealing with Dennis at Ascend Insurance Agency for the last 5 months and have turned both my auto and property insurance over to him. He is very quick to respond and has been very helpful. Couldn't be happier with Ascend Insurance. Anyone living in California knows what has happened with the Insurance industry and how few options there are. I switched to Ascend when my Insurance broker pretty much gave up and said it is what it is. Dennis went to work and found a policy for half the price I would have had to pay.
