They were the only reasonable company to insure me with full coverage when I was purchasing from good wheels in Cornelia, expensive still but I hadn't had my own coverage under my name alone in years. BUT- I returned that vehicle to good wheels after the motor went bad and having to wait way too long for it to be replaced(4 months no replacement the entire time was without even a rental ) the car still wasn't fixed right. Couldn't drive it and had no reimbursement for the coverage I still had to pay that entire time it was in shop, parked. Paid outright for a decent vehicle, charge the same price for liability as my other vehicle on full coverage. Went to pay my payment and was being charged a reinstatement fee for my policy. So double my monthly payment and when I called progressive about my reimbursement I paid the day before changing companies $160ish instead of the assumed amount I should have gotten (a prorate for probably one days coverage since I switched and was effective the day after I made my payment) progressive informs me I hadn't even paid late fees I was never informed I had. One they claimed from December and one from January. All of this should have been handled by AW and Progressive a bit more professional and courteous provided I don't assume I would have been given coverage If I hadn't paid and supposed late charges. I'm pretty offended since I was treated poorly, feel overcharged and stressed even more when as a customer neither you nor progressive was able to halt in phone conversations long enough to realize Under my basic info you know I have a dudes name and you fail to discern I'm definitely a man, and you're calling me ma'am. Let's get back to the basics of professionalism here people pay attention to details before you even speak to your customers ... PLEASE
