My goodness. This is by far the worst moment with my teeth. From a 16+ year chronic illness and all of the different medications. My teeth took the brunt. From perfectly white with no dental issues to my teeth are literally falling out. Unintentional weight loss, so now I am dealing with more health issues. Not anymore. I was so scared to even call Aspen Dental. I’m so glad I did. No I can’t understand why I didn’t call sooner because I do recommend taking care of any dental issues ASAP!!!

If you have any minor or MAJOR PROBLEMS,

I highly recommend Dr. Wong DDS. Not only is this the nicest dentist I’ve ever been to, compassionate, genuinely caring, makes sure that you are comfortable and do not experience anything negative. He is always in a great mood., smiling, happy to be there and truly invested in my dental health and MY SMILE IS BACK. 😁🦷😁❤️❤️❤️🙏

This was not a pleasurable experience at all....
The lady at the front desk was the only one I felt comfortable being around....
The assistant that called me back into the dentist area was on her phone 100% of the time speaking with someone else while she was attending to me.
How in the world are you supposed to do your job and carry on a conversation with someone else on the phone.

I'm not at the checkout line at the grocery store. I'm here to get my teeth fixed! This is extremely unprofessional and unnerving.

After the test were complete I was told to wait there and someone would be back shortly.

I sat there for over 45 minutes wondering if they just simply forgot about me....

I got up to go walk out and tell the lady at the front desk at that it was obviously way too busy for my appointment. Maybe they were allowing too many walk-ins or whatever but my time is valuable and I will come back when they have the ability to focus on me which I don't think will ever be the case at that place.

I was asked if I was going to the restroom when I clearly explained to her that I'm not going to continue to wait and I'm ready to leave and make a new appointment when they have time for me

it was like 20 seconds later and she come running in there with the dentist. I think it's more than obvious I was forgotten about because if he was preoccupied busy doing other things he wouldn't have come the instant I said there was an issue.

I'm open to the fact that I'm wrong on this but her being on phone doesn't make it look any better for her.

Had another assistant do a bunch of tests on my teeth and I asked her a very simple question after she was done and completely got ignored.

The dentist seem somewhat competent but I could not understand him very well. On top of everything else I do not want to struggle to try to communicate with somebody over something so important

I'm honestly surprised this place is even up and running and have no idea why there's a 4.9 rating when it should be well below 3.

I would like to submit zero stars because I am completely unsatisfied.... I would have been better off if this place never existed and I had found something else

First time at Aspen Dental in Daphne. Dr. Wong & his nurse were very nice, politely, and knowledgeable. Sheridan went out of her way to contact insurance company $ come up with best plan for me. So far very favorable.

We were quoted $150 maybe more for surgical removal per tooth for 3 teeth. Once getting there and having an exam they said an additional tooth needed to be removed. They then went over the payment plan and that was $6,000. The transparency on price was completely terrible. When asked if the infected tooth could be removed and have the wisdom teeth pulled later they said that wasn’t an option and they had to do them all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there because they weren’t transparent nor gave the patient the choice on their own teeth.

Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel relaxed it was a great experience and that's coming from someone that has social anxiety and doesn't like the dentist. They went over every thing with me and made sure I understood everything they where doing and planned to do . Very affordable and was able to get a payment plan for everything I need done that fits my budget. Highly recommend 10/10 !!!

Today I experienced the worst customer service ever. I actually walked out of this place without letting them touch my teeth. Even though I was in really bad pain. The male dentist and the assistant who did my X-ray was the problem. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I will continue to let as many people as I can know how unprofessional these people are. The receptionists were awesome other than that, this place is horrible.
