I had a fantastic experience with Glenda selling my home! She was instrumental in helping set a fair sale price from the beginning, without any pressure to go low. She eloquently helped stage the living spaces to make a recently remodeled home with no one living there - look "Welcoming". She took great pictures, both inside and outside, for the world to see online. Glenda kept a healthy supply of potential buyers visiting the home and never pressured us to take bad offers. In finality of the sale, she even helped both sides agree to an equitable settlement of our differences in the offers. I cannot say enough how pleasant our experience was! Thank you Glenda!

Glenda was extremely helpful with my home purchase! GLenda is the salt of the earth! 🌍 Sam and I bought our current home with Glenda in 2022 and we sold our condo and second home with her as well. This all took place in one year! … all sales were at a profit. Glenda is energetic and on top of things- even fixing floor boards and wobbly gates with her tools! She impressed me and Sam so much- we ended up firing our other realtor at the beach. ( I thought I needed a local realtor at the beach for the property to sell. I was wrong. ) After experiencing all Glenda did for us in Thomasville… I sent her over to Rosemary Beach. She partnered with another local realtor( that she chose )and the place sold at a profit in record time… less than 3 months! Glenda is NOT a “put a sign in your yard/ hope it sells realtor. Glenda moves property. Do what she says and it will sell. As far as purchasing- she wants you happy. She listens… poor thing, I was in her car for 3 years trying to find a house in Thomasville. She found it! She didn’t give up on us. We highly recommend Glenda!!!
